From beneficiaries to agents of change - DÉCLIC transforms access to education into a progressive empowerment journey for middle school students from peripheral neighborhoods of Niamey. We develop educational autonomy, critical thinking, and digital skills for youth aged 11-15 through mobile access to reading resources, creation of educational content, and peer-to-peer knowledge transfer.
